I'm Natalia, co-Founder of NYWC and a Chemical Engineer by training, which means I can probably calculate the exact velocity of a champagne cork popping (just kidding, I'd rather be sipping it, or actually sabering it!).
I'm WSET Level 2 certified and my current drink of choice is either Crémant, a French sparkling wine made by the same méthode traditionnelle as Champagne, or Beaujolais! I also enjoy treadmill running, the New York Knicks, Christmas, and geeking out with others about wine facts.
